Do not buy from this company. Car parts were never sent. Got a refund confirmation and never received the money back.

PLACED ORDER WITH EXPECTATION OF A WEEK OR SO DELIVERY. NEVER SENT TRACKING INFORMATION AND RECEIVED AUTOMATED EMAIL RESPONSE. THE PHONE NUMBER THEY LIST FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT GOES DIRECTLY TO AN AUTOMATED CALL CENTER. NO RETURN CALL. I CONTACTED MY CC COMPANY TO FILE DISPUTE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT TRYING TO DO BIZ WITH THIS COMPANY.

No refund, no shipping updates, never shipped order. No communication. Don't buy from them period.

"I had a terrible experience with mbgram. I ordered a spare part for my car and they confirmed the order but did not provide me with any shipment tracking details. When I reached out to them for an update, they told me that the tracking number would be emailed to me in 48-72 hours. However, when I followed up with them again after waiting for 3 business days, they did not respond. I also tried calling them and reaching out to them on Instagram but did not receive a response. When they finally replied to my email on the 28th, they gave me the same message as before. At this point, I started doubting that they were just scamming me. I kept messaging them on WhatsApp until they responded to me, saying that there was a problem with the shipment and that it would be done on Friday 31st of March. On Friday, they did not ship and started ignoring my messages again. I kept following up and they finally replied 4 days later on the 3rd of April, claiming that the order was still processing. But at this point, I confirmed that they were just scamming me based on all the hundreds of other experiences I happened to read on various review sites like Trustpilot etc. I demanded an immediate refund or else I would file a complaint against them for fraud, for which they complied and cancelled my order on the 3rd of April. I received the confirmation email as well and was informed that I would receive the refund in the next 7 to 10 business days. However, I waited patiently for 11 business days to be sure but did not receive any refund. And I have been messaging them since April 13th with no response whatsoever. I have been scammed and they wouldn't refund my money. I also lodged a complaint with my bank but unfortunately, I had paid with my debit card so I am not really sure if they would be able to help me either. At this point, I don't have money to get new parts for my car locally nor are they refunding my money and my car has been broken down since then."

STAY AWAY! This business is fraud. They take your payment but don't send you the order. Customer service email is non-responsive and nobody answers the phone.

Ordered a rooftop carrier for $729 which was supposed to ship within a week. Emailed to ask when it would ship out and they cancelled the order. Spent four weeks emailing support and accounting as well as calling (they never answer though) trying to get the money refunded. They only say that it is “complete on our end, please email accounting” and accounting only says “please allow 48 hours to respond” and they have never once responded. Currently trying to file a fraud claim with the credit card. Terrible experience.

Been waiting for a refund since 2/28/23. Company does not respond to email and can’t get a live person on phone. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Scam. Ordered tires and was told they would ship out that week. I asked for an update 2 weeks later to be told tires are on back order and will be shipped out in 2-3 weeks. I asked to cancel my order and have yet to receive my money back. My initial order was Jan 2023. It is now April 2023. I went on a different site and ordered the tires and I kid you not… tires were at my doorstep the next day. Cheapest site you find is not necessarily the best. I should’ve done my research and now I’m out $1,600+
