A bunch of deadset lying cheats. Paid for a set of reverse lights and have not received them in at least 4 mths. Continuous emails which have no reply phone messages that say you have rang out of busy hrs no matter what time you call. Lying cheats don’t be mistaken.

They will steal your money. I returned an exhaust system on February 16 after I was unable to put it on my car due to a total loss and I received the runaround from customer service for months saying my refund was being processed and the accounting office would never return an email, it is now June 6 and I still do not have my money and I am out over $1000 and they have the exhaust system. I hope this company loses everything for taking advantage of people, and stealing their hard earned money. It’s absolutely vile.

Bought a Holly Carb on 12/07/2021. Have yet to receive it, or the refund they said I would get... Crooks. I wonder if anyone has just gone over to that address and talk to them ?? I an in AZ and they are in Cali.

I ordered a lip for an s2000 over a year and a half ago. When it became in stock they said they'd send it out with expedited shipping as it had been a year long wait. They never sent it, and never sent tracking info like they said they would. Upon emailing them again they never responded. This company has terrible contact and/or sales department as they cant get items out and will take your money. Either that or they are a legit scam company. Take your business eleswhere.

Con Artist I ordered a part 6 months ago. The last email I got from them was 4 months ago saying it would arrive within 2 weeks; it never did. Since then, they haven't responded by email or phone (There is nobody there to actually answer the phone or return calls). If only our corrupt Criminal Justice System would actually go after white collar crooks like these instead of targeting the poor and people of color.

Well that’s £440 down the pan! Ordered an exhaust header for my Jeep (an item you can only get from outside the UK). No option to buy with Paypal or similar, which should have been a red flag right away, so money straight out of my bank into theirs. No show on the header, no tracking number, no reply to emails so far, other than an auto-response. As I’m in the UK, there’s probably zero chance of seeing that money again. Maybe I should have bought a Land Rover, every part available in the UK.

My husband purchased a truck full size bed roll up cover on April 3,2023 It’s almost a month since the time of purchase and this order has not been delivered - although multiple emails regarding status had been received from the company there was no way of getting a response if you call them I tried to call and waited for almost 15 minutes and ended up to automated reply sending me to leave a voicemail message So I guess this company found another victim - will try to request for a refund and hopefully we can get our money back Reading all the bad reviews this company needs to close and stop scamming people

Placed an order for head gaskets on or around 2/3/23. Have contacted several times with no luck. Got sucked in by the good price. Hate to give money away like this. Stick to proven winners in auto parts, mbgram is not to be trusted in my opinion.
