Popped the new navigation card in and its access was immediate!

My order was damaged in shipping. No communication from MazNavStore regarding how to address the issue more than 10 days after UPS posted the problem. No reply from the leave a message function. Left another message today. I have been trying to get a nav card ever since I leased my car (2022-10). Dealer couldn't deliver. NavStore couldn't fix my address on my first order and I lost $100 because it went to someplace I haven't lived in nearly a decade. This order is damaged in shipping - starting to think that the universe is trying to tell me something...

Easy to find the correct part, great price and fast shipping.

Problem with first chip but they sent a replacement quickly without any cost or questions. Excellent service and very pleased with the product.

I have just installed the replacement card (super easy) and I'm delighted to say the navigation system on my Mazda 3 Sport immediately sprang to life and functions perfectly. After literally years of being frustrated by the original factory part rebooting over and over again (especially in cold weather), but being deterred from replacing it by the dealer quote of many hundred dollars, this simple and inexpensive fix from Maz-Nav is a huge relief. Previously, I have often waited upto half an hour before the system stabilized. To have the sat-nav on my Mazda 3 up and running now before even leaving the garage is a real treat.

This item filled a gap that this vehicle had regarding navigation.
