doesn't recognize my home address

disappointed that unit was not current with ramp changes in my area

I tried two different cards from MazNav and nether one worked. I am getting my money back, but I am out $17 on return postage.

ordered 13 days ago and still haven't received. perhaps they should use a new shipper.

What was great and what was average! I thought that the experience with ordering the product was excellent. I was pleased with the emails and Personnel that I had to deal with when I had problems they did a great job Now the average part. I ordered the product with 2-day express shipping . the label was created on December 26th. It was not picked up until December 31st and I did not receive it until January 5th The product was nothing like described in the promotion on the internet . it doesn't have hardly any of the features that I was expecting. There was no instructions with it on how to load except what I had looked up earlier .I left the car off and inserted it and I was supposed to get instructions and there was never any. It's just an average product not much better than the one I paid $35 for except it has voice activation which doesn't work real well

Didn’t work with my 2018 Mazda CX9 even with their survey. Apparently all CX9 models don’t work and their help was just repeating the same answers. Credit came fast though.

After orderring the product, the company immediately emails directions online as to how to use the product. The product arrives a week and a half later with no instructions inside. The customer has to search back through emails to locate instructions for use. Instructions should be mailed with the product along with an illustration as to which end is up or down. I had to look at a video to determine how to insert it properly since the wording is not as clear as it should be. Map itself still not registering my friend's address and her road has been established at least 2 years ago.

I did not get what I ordered at first. I was sent out one that was already used and locked. Now I don’t know what I supposed to do with that one and can’t get an answer on… Do I send it back or throw it away? But the company did make the correction fast and mailed out a new one and it did work.
