Navigation card worked perfectly for my 2021 Mazda CX5. I placed the card in the slot BEFORE starting the car. It took a couple of minutes for everything to upload properly. I'm pleased with my purchase. Just be aware that you won't be able to update your navigation maps with this card.

We did get our map card for our Mazda and it went into the slot. We had a tough time to get it to work. We finally gave up. So, I wrote an email to the company for some help to get the map card to work in our car. When I submitted my inquiry to the company, there was a notice that said that a reply could take up to 48 hours. About an hour and a half later, I went down to the car to see if I could get the map card to work. I turn the car on to auxiliary and the map card started working. I could hardly believe it. I just wish there were instructions that came with card. I might have been helpful. It has been over three weeks and I still haven't heard back from the company about my inquiry. I also checked my mail and spam mail to make sure I didn't miss it. Nothing has showed up so far. It would be nice if customer service would have reply. In the end the card got here and it took our car a little while to interact with the map card. It did finally connect and it does work good and that makes both happy.
