The entire process was easy. I submitted my new car VIN and within a day found out they had the navigation card I needed. I ordered the card on line and within days it was delivered in the mail. The installation instructions were easy and the navigation map appeared right away. The entire experience was great and saved me a lot of money.

Everything you promised, you delivered. The new chip arrived as promised and replacing the old with the new was as easy as the ordering process. It was hilarious seeing how easy all of this was especially when Toyota makes it sound so difficult and dangerous.

The order site was very organized and easy to use and the email communications regarding the navigation card were clear. The card arrived as expected and the directions provided were followed. As indicated by MazNav the map color was different but after the first use, the navigation system does not connect to the card. The card has been reset several times without success, still only get the message to buy a card at the dealership.

The card was not fully compatible with our new CX-5. Very difficult to use. Not easy to find locations. Was a waste of my money. I should report you to the NJ Consumer Protection Bureau so that you do not harm other consumers.
