Usually, it takes about 60-90 days for cashback to be available- it depends on different merchants as they have different speeds on reviewing the shopping information but as soon as we got your inquiry, I’ve forwarded your complaint to the upper management team and followed-up your pending order with the merchant for an update, and as soon as we’ve received an update, we’ve made your cashback credited to your account.
