Hi Paul, Just because an item breaks after months of use or during a fall doesn’t mean it’s not genuine. Apple Store won’t replace items after a certain period of time, even if they’ve been dropped and scratched. Our policy is the same. We can assure you and as hundreds of thousands of our customers know - our products are 100% genuine. Sincerely MaxPureCases Team

Your initial review was removed by Trustpilot after we provided sufficient evidence demonstrating that your claims were false. It’s important to note that both PayPal and Trustpilot, who rarely delete negative reviews, have ruled against you in this matter. Posting numerous negative reviews will not change the outcome. We do not respond to blackmail or false statements. Our products are genuine, and we have successfully served over 280,000 satisfied customers, many of whom are returning buyers who trust our service and quality.

Dear Trust Pilot We urgently request action regarding this individual, Alfred, who has been continuously harassing us. He has left 10 false reviews and has escalated the situation by sending us death threats via email. It is clear that he is not acting in good faith. He made an error in his order and refused to return the item. PayPal has already closed the dispute in our favor, confirming that his claims are baseless. While I am unable to post screenshots here to demonstrate the severity of his actions, it is essential that platforms like TrustPilot protect businesses from individuals displaying such erratic and abusive behavior. Although some of his reviews have been removed, his ability to continue posting and harassing us remains a serious concern. We ask that immediate action be taken to stop this harassment. This is no longer just about false reviews—it is about safeguarding businesses from dangerous behavior. We believe Alfred genuinely needs help, and we ask that his ability to post further reviews be disabled for everyone’s protection. Best regards, The MaxPureCases Support Team
