Rather than subjecting me to the cost & hassle of international shipping, they just sent me the item I should have ordered at no cost. I paid only the cost of shipping & could keep the original item. I ordered a case for my iPhone 15 Pro and somehow ended up with one for the ProMax. I am not sure how that happened but it looks like it was on the original receipt, so it's possible it could have been user error. Either way, the team at MaxPure sent me an expedited replacement at a discounted rate, so that was helpful.
