Appalling/ fraudulent
Appalling/ fraudulent. Ordered a £40 phone case 2 weeks ago, no comms, no item sent. Have been on to their website and this is now down. Think I’ve been duped. Do not buy from this company
And…. see below regarding how they speak to their customers.Really professional….. No item, money taken, no communications (yes I’ve checked my junk mail), and then a few hysterical insults. Avoid, avoid, avoid
Response from MaxPureCasesAug 8, 2025
Alexandra, you are lying through your teeth! I don’t know what seems to be your problem and whether you should go and visit the doctor, but:
1) our website was never down, for one minute, in years
2) we also have official, active Maxpurecases app on the App Store.
3) your confirmation email is probably in your junk or spam folder
4) if for some reason item is not received, we do send refund to a customer and in every case that is 100% our financial loss, not customer’s
5) You can always send us an email at [email protected]
Shame on you for this misinformarion. Internet has given voice to every lying incompetent person out there.
When one person is lying like this, we are not going to be kind in our responses. We are over wirh that.
P.S. there is really zero reason to be this dramatic. Nobody can be scammed on our website, and to be completely honest, I don’t even know how any online store scam anyone. First of all you have an option to do a chargeback on your credit card or via PayPal and if there’s no tracking information, confirming delivery, you will 100% get your money back. Instead of spreading lies why not just send us an email. We respond to every email and it’s very simple if for whatever reason the item is not delivered, you’re getting your money back. So the only reason for sending this to trust pilot is to get some attention and be dramatic.

Terrible experience
Updated. The response I received was a complete lie. Be wary of this company.
While I appreciate ANY response, my mailbox is NOT full. I am sure that this may apply to many people, but my Mailbox is not full and I have received several emails form other sources there in the time that I have read this reply. The only email I received, after I posted this was from an address in Serbia and said that my "guaranteed free return" would need to be sent to the address in Serbia with postage paid by me. Please provide me with a viable option to return. Thank you.
Terrible experience. I ordered some cases. They were the wrong size. I immediately tried to return them. There are no instructions on their website for returns/exchanges. I emailed multiple times and received no response. I called multiple times but my messages were never returned.
Response from MaxPureCasesAug 6, 2025
Hello KS,
We have sent you replies, but they are being returned due to your mailbox being full, as indicated by a message from the mail daemon. Even if the buyer does not read many of our emails to verify the correctness of their purchase before shipping, and still makes a mistake by ordering the wrong item for their iPhone or Apple Watch and requests an exchange, our system automatically generates a response with return instructions. Therefore, there is no way that these emails are not being responded to.
The listed number is merely a company contact, not a customer hotline. Please check your inbox for instructions on how to return items you have mistakenly purchased.
P.S. you have received the viable option to return for 10 times already, and since you made a mistake, you were going to pay for a return shipping as per our terms of service. You have agreed to our terms of service when you enter the contract with us by purchasing something. Again, you made a mistake on your order. Own up to it, do what you are contractually obliged to do.
And people need to see that we’re not afraid of rude and unreasonable people and their reviews, we do not pay money to Trust Pilot but we still have Great rating, we’re not asking anyone to give us good reviews unless they send us an email saying something nice in the first place. We’re doing pretty good, thank you. People know how to recognize a Karen when they see one.

Horrible fake cases
They sell fake cases do not fall for it my case fell apart only after 2 days i had to bin it
Please do not buy their products horrible
Response from MaxPureCasesJul 27, 2025
No individual named Hawzhin Amini has ever made a purchase from our establishment. This behavior could be either intentional to harm our business or directed towards another online retailer. Regarding the quality of original Apple cases, even if it were the lowest-quality imitation from Temu, it would not disintegrate within two days. Cases priced at 0.5 dollars have a significantly longer lifespan. Your post lacks credibility and logical coherence. Furthermore, our brand is already widely recognized.
Dear Customers,
We will not be responding to this review. We are unable to verify the identity of the reviewer and are uncertain whether this was a genuine observation. Our products are sourced from Apple, and we have an App Store app that is reviewed by Apple. Additionally, our items are sourced from Apcom, an authorized Apple reseller.
This review will not be deleted because it is a one-star review. It did not originate from the Trust Pilot API. Trust Pilot has not deleted reviews that violate their own Terms of Service, reviews that contain profanity, or even one of our members’ private information (address, name, phone number). However, Trust Pilot has removed all five-star reviews that did not come from their API. Genuine reviews from customers that expressed their gratitude with our service, customers that we’ve pointed towards Google Reviews or Trust Pilot, to give us a review. Trust Pilot has explicitly informed us of the deletion of these “non-API” reviews. They explained that all reviews need to come through their API and all buyers will receive that invitation. However, only 50 invites monthly are free, more than that, you need to pay steep price. Do you care to guess how much would we need to pay for a plan to cover our number of orders in a month? We have more than 350 orders every day. So, if all reviews need to come through their API, why do all of 1-star reviews stay on the platform? I guess those are an exception, as Trust Pilot has never deleted one 1-star review from our company page.
People only visit this platform when they seek a refund, and they use negative feedback as a form of extortion. Yes, individuals can be that petty. Even for a case that costs $40. Since we have received over 350 orders daily for the past four years, it is normal to have accumulated a few dozen negative reviews. Some of these reviews are even justified, as buyers have complained about delivery issues. These situations are inevitable, and after 230,000 orders, some problems and disgruntled customers are bound to arise, regardless of the efforts made to conduct business as effectively as possible.
Regarding TrustPilot, their business practices are questionable, to say the least. Anyone can search for TrustPilot on Reddit (or even consult their Wikipedia page) to observe their questionable business practices.
The company is requesting a substantial monthly fee in exchange for fair treatment of our business. This is not a preference, but a requirement for us to leave genuine positive feedback on their website. We are unwilling to comply with this request. Our realistic TrustPilot score is (and was) 4.5, but after we engaged in persistent email correspondence with their sales representatives, they proceeded to delete our favorable reviews.
I urge everyone to consider the discrepancy between our 10/10 rating on ScamAdviser, our very good average on Google Reviews and the negative feedback we have received - only on this platform. Additionally, we encourage you to explore other websites where we are rated highly, if not exceptionally. This situation demands attention, and such extortion and harassment must cease.
Thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely,
MaxPureCases Team

An absolute scam
An absolute scam ! Don’t buy to them. They’re actually fake apple cases and they’re charging you 4 times the price you could get them in the street. On top of that the client service is unbelievably bad and they’re actually rude. It took about 3 weeks to get my leather case and when it arrived I realized it’s a fake one. When I asked them for a refund they basically turning the situation around as I’m wrong and exaggerating the situation… TERRIBLE
Response from MaxPureCasesJul 25, 2025
Dear Sebastian,
Let us be honest and provide a clear explanation of the events that transpired. You ordered two cases from us, but you did not mention that you also ordered silicon case which you did not have the issue with. You complainef about the leather case that you allegedly did not receive. We did send you that leather case, which was shown as delivered. However, you claimed that you did not receive it, and I assumed that someone at the post office in your country took it from you. I agreed to send you another one.
Before all of this, you had requested to cancel the order. We explained that it was impossible because the order had already been sent. After that, you were unhappy with the delivery time, and we responded with the excerpt from our terms of service. We explained that free shipping takes approximately 5 to 10 business days. If you require faster shipping, you can pay for an additional 2.99$ or 9.99$ and receive your order in four days or two days.
When you received the second parcel with the second leater case, you decided that it was not original. However, we source these cases from Apple, and we have an official app on the App Store as well as a Google merchant center certificate. There is no way that we could have fake cases, as this is only in your imagination and the imagination of people who want to get a refund or a free case. Let us stop with the nonsense and tell the truth. You are not getting the (second) case for free. Thank you.

Achtung!!
Achtung!!! verkaufen in meinem Fall keine originale!!! Ich werde aus Prinzip nicht wegen 38€ klagen! inkl. Schadensersatz aus gesubdlichen Gründen, Hände komplett rot nach Anfassen des Cases!
Response from MaxPureCasesJul 23, 2025
