I bought anchors and a lift through eBay. Both showed to be in stock. When neither item showed to have shipped 5 days later, I emailed the company. That's when I was notified that the lift was in back order for another 5 weeks. The anchors dis ship out 8 days after I ordered and paid, but they did not have bolts. I emailed the company asking why there were no bolts for anchors. I have not heard back from MaxJax yet.

Rep was easy and pleasure to work with. The lift I'm interested in is on backorder but hopefully will release soon. Overall a good experience. Looking forward to the new lift!

Awesome jack! A game changer for my garage!

what can i say its a great produce and one of de best investment i made as a DIY person honestly you should expand to other parts of de world to share dis produce good job keep it up if it wasnt for this tool floor jacks would have been my everyday thing hahahha thx maxjax awsome stuff good job

Bradly was the best resolving my problem. If it wasnt for him I wouldnt bought the product and gave them 1 star. Definitely he is the only one looking out for the company. Product wise it is well built and easy to assemble. instructions are not for the mechanically inclined I used the pictures to complete the assembly. But overall if you're looking for a garage lift this is the best out there.

Like the lift, but was disappointed in the delay in shipping. Also, when I ordered an additional set of epoxy anchors, they were delayed as well. You would think that these would be an off the shelf item.

Great product. Good guidance from staff. I recieved quick financing and they kept me informed during delivery process. I love my lift!

Excellent service and followup.
