one of the quick disconnect was leaking,I called and they sent a replacement,also after raising the lift it would slowly start to come down on its own,I found a little piece of metal in the valve that was next to the let down button.I cleaned the valve out with air and it fixed the problem.Other than that I like the lift and it works well now.

The delivery process leaves a little bit to be desired my driveway has a moderate grade up and because of this my delivery was left at the end of the driveway and partially on the sidewalk. This required me to un pack on my sidewalk and move each piece up to my garage myself up the same grade the driver was unwilling to drive up. Also I ordered the motorcycle attachment and that did not come with my order.

the maxjax took a beating in transit, decals were all scratched along with the paint in some areas, no instructions in the box ?, had to google it to find them and then the assembly of the safety catches was not shown and had to just figure it out which is kind of dangerous ?, the lift works good and i was a mechanic for 25 years but for someone not familiar with automotive they are going to struggle a bit !

Delivery driver arrived an hour after delivery time frame with no calls and when the lift was delivered it was poorly packaged and many or the danmar stickers and logo decals were scratched off.

Like the lift, but was disappointed in the delay in shipping. Also, when I ordered an additional set of epoxy anchors, they were delayed as well. You would think that these would be an off the shelf item.

Helpful when you made the purchase or had any questions, but when it come it shipping the item it took them 3 weeks just to get it here especially since I paid for the lift on October 31st....I told them to hold off on shipping the lift til a week out. So that my husband would be able to clear out the garage. So my lift should of been put together and on hold for shipping. Instead I received a phone call saying a part to the lift was on back order. When it should have been prevented if they had put my lift on the side when I first ordered it on October 31st, so from my week hold to ship became 3 weeks to receive it.

I ordered the MaxJax 3 weeks ago. I was contacted and informed one part was on back order, and the unit would ship in two weeks. I haven't heard a thing since then (8 days past the promised ship date), except numerous reminders to rate my experience.

When I placed my order (10/17) I was told 5-7 days shipping. I picked it up at freight hub on 10/30. One of the bands was broken and the roll around chair was missing. When I was tracking the order it sat in California in till 10/20, and then is GA 2-3 days no one could tell me or Sarah why? The instructions could have more detail and be in a larger font so you could read them without a magnifying glass. Sarah (my sales person) gets a 10+ for communications and helping out Freight Company cross country gets a 3 The local hub gets a 10 .I called them to see when could pick it up (fright truck would not be able to get in the driveway do to deep ditch across the street) I hope to have time to install it this weekend .so hopefully the rest will go smooth. I am not sure why washers are not included for the parts you have to assembly, where there are slotted holes, so I added them when I put it together.
