The lift arrived relatively quickly. Some scraping on lift due to shipping, no big deal to me. The directions were pretty accurate, except the parts list is off a bit. Took a phone call to figure that out. The fittings that allow for fluid to enter the lift cylinder are a bit too long to allow for drilling the back center hole. One hose arrived damaged, they sent the wrong replacement and sent another which worked. Lost almost three weeks there. The long hoses should be about five feet longer as the motor must be placed in front of the car for the supplied hoses to work. This is difficult in my home garage. My two cents. Overall, the customer service guys worked at correcting any issues and I appreciate that. Leveling the lift is great fun too! Update- Be very careful when you complete the installation of the hydraulic fittings to the cylinder. You might have to pull the carriage part of the way out of the lift frame to get the cylinder out. The directions do not tell you that the blocks that align the carriage have to be installed in one specific orientation or problems will occur. I found out the problems. So, be sure to observe or take a picture of the top blocks just before they come out of the lift frame so as to put them back in correctly- there is a long side and a short side. Again- Miguel was quick to point this out, after the fact but he quickly assisted, Thanks- Miguel.

There's some pressure from sales to upgrade from the eternally unavailable base model product but post-sales communications have been great and I can't wait to get my product!

The unit was scraped up from shipping. It made it look like a used unit

Shipping was on time and the product over all is great. The only things negitive are that one of the cart handles was bent pretty badly but had planned to mount the power unit to the wall anyway. I also think the fitting configuration going to the lift cylinders could be better is they used an extended nipples instead of a close nipples and just one of the 45s supplied pointing up at a more natural angle.

I had a problem with a lock with one leg. Miguel helped me out with another being sent. Bradley was also helpful in everything. Good product.

Good product, bad freight carrier choice. MaxJax makes an excellent product. Had there been fewer problems with the carrier they chose for my delivery, they would have received 5 stars. The carrier totally dropped-out on this one after failing to contact me for 3 days to schedule delivery. I had to call MaxJax customer Service and get them to coerce the carrier into returning calls to schedule the delivery. Finally, after sitting on a trailer at their terminal for 5 days, it arrived at the house. The truck driver was very helpful and courteous, and was the middle-man that allowed the carrier to salvage a bad situation.

Ordered in December told first week of January then called back and was told not till 2nd week of February when I received it.They gave me a 8 gallon oil drain pan and epoxy bolt kit for waiting. The MX 6 performs well.The only problem was the axle on the cart is off centered and the left wheel barely fit on .I called and txt pictures. To them haven't heard back yet will call this next week. Got a reply from Max Jax they are sending out a new cart bottom with wheels .
