I’m a newbie fan girl for Maxaroma. I made my first purchase recently and my second purchase a few days later. The first purchase was made on the weekend and arrived on a Monday. The last purchase arrived the next day! I kid you not. I live in NYC and Maxaroma ships from NYC, so that may partially account for the incredibly quick delivery turnaround. But in both instances, the order was shipped the SAME DAY I placed the order. Terrific service. The fragrances I ordered were by Atelier Cologne, a French parfumerie that recently ceased operations in the US. I own all but a few of their scents and was pleased to find the ones I was missing at a very good price. The fragrances arrived in perfect condition, boxed and sealed the same as if I bought in shop. So A+ for shipping, prices, and quality. The only gripe I have is that I fell in love with the free fragrance samples included with each order… I risk burning a hole in my credit card 😊
