Bad perfume bottle …
I’ve ordered several bottles from Maxaroma this year with no issue. The last order “Erba Pura,” smells great but the bottle leaked excessively after one spray and the velvet texture started to come off. I filed a claim with Maxaroma, swiftly denied. This will be my last purchase from them.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Our sincere apologies for the confusion. We received a claim about this product being damaged. At that moment, our system did not allow us to send you a prepaid return label through that claim, which is why you received a "rejected" message, however, in that same message, we gave instruction to send us a return request instead so that we can process and send you a return label to do an exchange. Our IT department recently fixed this issue and we recently sent you a prepaid return label to send this item back to us for a refund or exchange.
