Price was fantastic. Order fulfillment and shipping was fast, and communication was what I expected. You do have to pay for shipping for the more expensive products to be protected, but it doesn't cost a lot. The deep discount for an authorized retailer of the cologne I purchased is unusual but very welcome. I will buy from them again.

This is my 7th order since 10/22 with Maxaroma. My first order was for 2 samples. One sample was completely empty! This problem was resolved immediately thru customer service. I’ve ordered 6 times since then; both samples and full bottles and have been extremely happy with my orders. Shipping only takes a few days and I feel confident that I’m getting and receiving an authentic product. I would like to see Maxaroma go back to offering the 8ml samples along with the twist/turn, lipstick style decanters. It appears that the samples are mostly 5ml now and you are paying the same price they used to charge for 8ml. Maxaroma is a company that I trust and I will continue to make future purchases and take advantage of their sales.
