Order took longer than expected because…
Order took longer than expected because of missing apartment number, called to have it corrected but the representative just seemed careless about the situation. I literately had to go the post office with ID to show them my address and pick up the package. Other than that would have been 5 stars, it was a very unfortunate situation.

Hello dear customer, Thank you for your review. Our sincere apologies for the bad experience. At the moment we were aware of the missing APT number, we thought that the shipping address was imported correctly from AfterPay since we never experience any issue with them. Since this package presumably was lost, our agent offered to send you another replacement package in a timely manner and you refused to this option. Instead of agreeing to received a replacement package, all you wanted was a refund but we cannot issue a refund until we receive the actual product back in our facility. In typical cases when a shipping address is insufficient, our carriers will return the package back to us and only then we can offer a refund or to send it back again. We never denied a refund for this package, we just needed to received it back to us first in order to process this for you. In addition, It is until now that we realized that there was a glitch in our system and "line 2" from AfterPay was not being imported, which means, the APT number was missing. I still have not received my product
I still have not received my product. I don’t know if it is maxaroma or UPS, but I believe my order has been lost. I am so disappointed as this was a present for my husband for Valentine’s Day. I ordered well in advance and I have not received it. It was over $300 so this is very disappointing.
