Hello Dear Customer, Our sincere apologies for nt being able to stop this package on time. On the day we were notified to stop this package we got in contact with the carrier and explained the importance to stop this international shipmen. We were advised to stay put and wait for a confirmation via email and it was our mistake to not follow through. As of this moment, we're working on a return label and you shall be contacted by one of our representatives so that you could return this package at no extra cost. Once we confirm the return as completed, you shall receive a full refund for this transaction. We understand that this was such a huge inconvenience for you but we're trying to make amends for all the trouble caused if you allow us.
