This company doesn't care about your ad success
This company doesn't care about your ads or if you're doing well, they just try to get you on their high ticket programs. I took their low ticket offer first to see how they are. For $97 they would provide me an onboarding call to 'find out about' me and my biz, and then later provide me with copy and images for an ad. On this first call, the guy seemed to have little to no interest in my biz or what I was struggling with, the most pressing topic for him was to get me to sign up to their long term, high ticket program (which I refused as wanted to see what quality of work they provide with low ticket first). I was then told (emailed) I would have one opportunity to make changes to the ad they'd create, yet they did not email me the info before the second call I was entitled to during which they would set up the ad campaign. So I had to review all the copy and comment on the images during this second 30 mins call, which meant that we had to rush through setting the ad up once editing was done (making some changes to copy but unable to change images). We did not finish. The guy helping me did not stay even a second later than the 30 mins allocated to me, simply rushed off which meant the campaign was not yet launched and I was left to create the audience on my own - which is what I needed help with the most. He too, did not care where that left me. I then messaged Rudy on IG to say this was pretty disappointing, and got no response. Only after a second message 10 days later when I was more blunt did he respond, saying I shouldn't expect support 'at every step of the way' for only $97. I did not expect that. I DID expect that they'd fulfill their first commitment properly, and actually caring about how well the ad performs. And finally to say that marketing experts have reviewed my landing page and offer and this was all set up excellently. The ad however has bombed - almost no clicks. So in conclusion - stay away from this company, they don't care about you or your biz, and for $97, instead of demonstrating to you their skills and quality service so that you want to work with them more, they rush through things and put not genuine care or effort into it.
