I found the staff really friendly and was excited for the first call. Unfortunately, the person on the call really did not tell me anything or clarify anything. It was more of a sales push to try and get me to sign up for the $5,000 option where they can do it for me. There was no clarity or any talk of my customers as I was lead to believe there would be. The 2nd call for ads launch was great, the ads looked good and the agent gave me great insights and tips about audience reach amd how to set it up. He recorded the whole thing and said he would send it as it was lot to learn as we set up the ads but still have not received the recording. The downside is 2 of the 3 ads prepared for me were rejected by Facebook as they violated their ad policies so no I have to reach out and get the ads edited. Its kind of disappointing that a company that specializes in FB ads created ads for me that were not in line with FB ads policies. Kind of seems like a rookie mistake. However, 1 of the 3 we launched was approved and in the last few hours and have some website traffic so will see how it performs. I give 3 stars because the ads might be amazing but as they were were rejected I will base it on my present experience
