Absolutely unmatched customer service! I am extremely difficult to please but Mavigadget did exactly that. I ordered the incorrect item, and not only did they respond to my query within 24 hours, they stayed in direct contact with me until it was able to be resolved to my satisfaction. Shipping was long but the site stated that it will be around that time and the package that was delivered wasnt the one I ordered. BUT after talking to the staff I was delivered the right one and also could keep the wrong one so I cannot be that mad and the person I was writing to was very nice and helpful!

I will return the package immediately; such a long shipping time is absolutely outrageous... Truly terrible service...You should seriously consider finding a better shipping provider! Terrible... I'll never order from them again.. I placed the order on July 28th and as of August 16th, the package still hasn't arrived! Pure fraud!! Don't buy anything from them. Anyone offering such terrible service and shipping belongs in jail! A complaint has been filed, and a meeting with a lawyer is next!See you in court! Whatever the cost!!

UPDATE: the package arrived over a week late and the item is not at all as described, so i'm working on returning it. buyers beware with this company. no clear expected time for deliveries i placed an order for a gift almost a month ago, and according to the company's delivery tracking it's been 'out for delivery' for 3 days now - even though the shipping location is 30 minutes away. customer service isn't rude, however, they're also not helpful in offer any information on where my package is and when i can expect it

Resolved: Tia was refunded in full and the seller covered return shipping, so this cost her nothing out of pocket. Two things went wrong on this order. The package sat in the carrier's network far longer than it should have, and the tracking status stopped matching reality, which is why our team couldn't give her a straight answer on timing when she asked. Then what arrived wasn't what she ordered. Neither of those is hers to absorb. Mavigadget is a marketplace. We list from hundreds of brands, including Kickstarter and Indiegogo launches, Shark Tank companies, independent design studios and inventors bringing a first product to market. Each one handles their own fulfillment. That's how the catalog stays full of things you won't find in a big-box store. It also means we hold every seller to the same standard on outcomes: if an order doesn't arrive the way it should, the customer gets a refund or a replacement, and the seller covers return shipping. This seller did that immediately, without being pushed. On the tracking specifically: we've flagged the carrier internally and it's no longer being used on this route. Thanks for your patience.
