Terrible company, not transparent. In one case, they actually took away money they had already paid due to vague claims that the responses had not met company standards - even though those responses had already passed reviews. Edit: Here you see, in their response, more vague responses that are completely meaningless. They are not a trustworthy company and I'd advise any potential consultants and client companies to steer clear.

I have talked to Maven about problems multiple times with no resolution, and then I got this request for feedback. I received no reply from the last service email I sent with questions and follow-up. Web apps are glitching and slow. Not even close to my background for some of the requests I received. The payment link is hidden, and the payment costs(!) if the amount is small. I work with a number of other consulting companies, and Maven may not be worth the effort.

I've been consulting for Mavan for over 3 years now, and I can confidently say that the platform offers a wide range of exciting consulting opportunities, along with interesting surveys. Payments have always been guaranteed and timely. One of the standout features for me is their AI-powered live chat support: it's truly exceptional. In my experience, it outperforms even the best-known companies like Google and Amazon. The support is not only fast but also highly effective, something I haven’t encountered elsewhere. All in all, Mavan deserves a full 5 stars from me for providing such a reliable and user-friendly service.

I'm an expert for GLG, Guidepoint and Third Bridge - all professional outfits. Maven claims to do the same thing but in a whole year I had zero consults and about 50 'invitations' for surveys that didn't work. Given that I get about 3 consults a week from my other networks, not a single one in a year from Maven makes it look like a scam. When I told them they were unprofessional and to delete my account, they did just that. No attempt to engage at all to see the problem. Not sure what model it operates, but it seems to be a scam.
