What made my experience great was Andrea. She investigated and answered all my questions. I had my carpet embroidered and asked her to send multiple proofs. I also gave her dimensions (verbally and through email) of additional carpet not given by the boat manufacturer. The Carpets arrived about 6 weeks later and fit perfectly. I was amazed how well the embroidery work looked. Thank you for a great job.
