It took forever to get samples and they only got shipped after I emailed again asking about them. Too late now to order new carpet for the boat and I’m not sure I would order from this company.

Doesn’t fit and the binding is the wrong color

Ordered samples of boat mat, disappointed at the size of the sample, couple of inches at best.

I have not received the samples, they said they had shipped.

Unfortunately we were not happy with our experience with Matworks. Our new carpets arrived with a horrible smell. We aired them out, sprayed them, did all we could to try to rid the carpet of this horrible smell. We took the risk of installing them huge mistake. The odor spread throughout our entire boat! Spent more time and money trying to get rid of our funky odor. We contacted the company they requested we send a piece of the carpet . Upon arrival they believe the carpet had no odor??? I sent photos of all the products we used to try to eliminate the smell. Why would we even bother with all this if we didn’t have the stink issue. I asked for a refund and or new carpets. This company has done nothing but waste our time with back and forth emails. Last we spoke I told them to enjoy our $700.00. This is terrible customer service

Giving reviews with no estimated ship date on my purchase seems ridiculous

Sent natt for my golf cart. With the font picked it didn't look correct. I sent a picture in and the Matt was replaced. Awesome
