We where sold a mattress and when it turned up it was different to the one we purchased. Now two months have passed and we still haven’t resolved this and have been told we have to pay a extra £115 for the mattress we ordered which means we will have ended up paying £50 more than they are selling it online. This is a joke of a company with no customer service and when they make a mistake you will end up paying for it. Avoid at all cost.

We purchased a mattress in April 2020, delivery was really good but that is all that is. After 3 weeks we noticed that at each side where you lay dipped showing a bump in the middle. I telephoned the company who informed me that we couldn’t do anything until we had had it 3months. I telephoned back after this time to be told someone would contact me. After 8 weeks numerous calls and finally saying that I was contacting trading standards I got a call back. I was told someone would call me to arrange a home visit to see if the mattress was faulty. A gentleman came did his assessment, he told me that the dip in each side wasn’t enough to be faulty. We are now left with a mattress that is unfit for purpose. The customer service was absolutely terrible.

Ordered and paid for bed on 9th Nov. Delivery promised for 12th. It. Failed to arrive and they said the bed sold was not in stock and asked us to reorder a different bed (which cost £100 more). New delivery date given was 'on or before 14th Nov. It did not arrive and no explanation was given. Contacted their services dept but unable to get a reply. Then contacted sales who said 'hold on while I find out what the problem is - was just left holding on. Following day contacted them again. He said 'leave it with me and I will call you back asap'.-he didn't. Now on 17th we are still bedless and MM have not even bothered to give an explanation. Not impressed with MM and will shop elsewhere in future.
