Mattress ManReviews of mattressman1.com

I really recommend Mattress man I thought the company and the service I got from them was superb. They really tried to help under difficult circumstances- really grateful and kept me informed. Thank you . The mattress is what was required and requested The delivery people were rude but efficient and arrived on time. They are a separate company from mattress man so I won’t comment on them!

Mattresse Man in Stanway Essex were excellent in providing all the answers to all my questions in a professional, informative and agreeable fashion. Highly recommended.

Well people I had my first sleep on my sealy wellbreak ortho firm mattress and honestly l was in “Bed Heven “ good name if you ever want to change … as usual I always wake up a few times during the night but l felt very relaxed would definitely recommend this mattress plus the company are very professional thanks a million mattressman 👍💯

Perfect can't fault them

Brilliant Fo not bother to go to any other bed shops Excellent service from Nick the shop manager who made my purchase so easy He explained everything very clearly and nothing was too much trouble Delivery men Karl and Rhys deserve a special mention too They were polite, helpful and efficient My new mattress was with me three days after ordering it

Bought a mattress from the clearance section, brand new and saved nearly £500, easy web site to use and great that they emailed to let me know the 2 hour time slot. Keith delivered it by himself poor man, lovely, friendly and polite. Thank you 🤩

Great service from start to finish - store staff very attentive and helpful, order made efficiently and arrived earlier than expected. Delivered by Keith & Remi (Norwich) who were so polite and helpful as my husband was away and I was looking after my 10m old grandson - they delivered all the packages into the bedroom for me. On the headboard, one single button was missing - called customer services to order the single button and they arranged a complete replacement headboard to be delivered the following week. 5-star all the way

Customer service was great when I needed to amend my order. We were given a 2 hour delivery slot the night before it was due and our driver Keith contacted us when he was on his way. Delivery was smooth. When we put the bed together all the pieces were there and it was easy to assemble. We would definitely recommend and use them again
