delivering within 10 days, everything perfect. Watch looks great. Support ( chat ) is amazing, had a question about adjusting the big second hand, got the answer within second and the problem is solved. Great experience over all. The brown leather strap looks on the pictures bit better then in reality, and the blue rubber strap is slightly darker then on the pictures, but very nice.

Top notch customer support from Matthew Mercury. I had some user error issues setting the watch up, but was able to instantly chat with a rep (after normal business hours). I also had a broken pin on the strap which they were quick to send a replacement and even offered a gift for the trouble. Great first impression. Thanks!

The anticipation was well deserved - the watch is strikingly beautiful, made with good materials. Truly, it excelled in every way.
