I’m very happy with my order and it looks great

A magnificent watch, top Quality. Well done Matthew Mercury, John Wilde.

They did the the "eta is X but well get it for you earlier" trick, which i didnt mind at all. Im an event planner and had an important event which i had given up the hopes of receiving it before it but i did and was really happy.

Great looking watch

Excellent quality the details are perfect, it’s just a beautiful piece!!!!

I had the pleasure of working with the Matthew Mercury Watches team to secure a pre-order for one of their stunning timepieces as a gift for my father's birthday. From the outset, their customer service was outstanding—responsive, reassuring, and genuinely committed to ensuring the watch would arrive well ahead of the special occasion. Not only did they deliver on their promise, but they exceeded expectations by shipping the watch earlier than anticipated, accompanied by a thoughtful complimentary gift. This level of attention to detail and customer care is truly impressive. The watch itself is a masterpiece—elegantly designed, beautifully packaged, and clearly crafted with precision and care. The entire experience has left a lasting impression, and I look forward to future purchases with confidence and enthusiasm. Highly recommended!
