SPARXS MATHS IS ABSOLUTE HORRID i had homework last night and i tried for ages to get it right, little did i know i was answering the wrong question because it changes the question for some reason, eventually, i managed to finish EVREY QUESTION CORRECTLY, because apparently you cant make ONE mistake, but this wasn't even the worst part, i had to do this weird ahh game for some reason, spoiler it was cheap, lazy and crappy, basically you had to do a billion pieces of math in 5 seconds all correctly, i don't think i will have to do 9 X 12 in 5 seconds in my life, then you have to put together the eggs or stars or smth, and it took ages for you to finish the animation after merging, oh and this is ENTIRERLY GAMBLING, and whenever i lose 1 maths problem it goes "nope this is the answer say it for 60 seconds" and when im late i sit there trying to work it out when "hey, this is the answer" like some sort of taunt i could write more but its 14:45 and i want to go to bed tonight this is horrible and i hope no-one else endures this hell

On September the 22nd, 10:53pm, I looked at my Google Classroom in horror to see the Maths classroom read: "Sparx Maths - Week 5 - Due 23th September: Please complete at least an hours worth and get 100% bookwork and accuracy". I panicked, and scrambled to find my laptop, it was 10:57pm when I found it. The first page made me stall until I was logged in so I could learn about how great Sparx Reader is! And then I got to the log in section, 11:00pm, I needed to hurry up, so I had to search for my school on the page where it tells me to search for my school, 11:02pm, it wasn't looking good, so I log in, failed password, failed password, 11:04pm. I start, and each question about a thing I had never learned about, I pull up Gauth and take a picture of the question, and immediately input it, correct, the next second, a bookwork check, I chose the answer I had just placed, "Correct", heart slows for 2 seconds, then the next question I use the same method, and again I manage to get every bookwork question correct. 12:01pm, it is past the deadline, and I am so tired I accidentally chose the wrong bookwork question, and fall asleep. The next morning I get into school, Period 1 Maths, terrified. el teach comes up to me, brings me to the front of the class, and pants me in front of everyone, "Only 98% questions correct, and 4/5 bars of bookwork completed in only 57 minutes, pathetic, do better next time", and that night I was lynched by the entire maths department and ended up getting crucified.

As a student who has to use this, it assigns too much work and does NOT help you like it says it will if you get stuff wrong, in fact I see more of the questions that I get wrong and sometimes even harder and then all it does is just make me get it wrong even more. If you're a student or a teacher or even a parent, do not use this flaming pile of trash

Well there are no words for how bad this is... the pain it will cause you is just un barelble to the point where even using ai to cheat is not worth the effot. This will make you cry it will make you extremely angry it will make you go from loving maths to hating it

This is the worst website ever no one likes it please just shut it down!

Too bad there’s no -infinity star rating because I can honestly say Sparx deserves it. I often spend 3hrs+ on Sparx and I have cried too many times to count over this bs homework. Everything it sets is way above my level. I’m in year 9 and Sparx is setting me GCSE grade 8 level questions EXCUSE ME?? I can’t even begin to describe the 100% correct completion rate. What happened to MISTAKES being OK?!?! Not a single AI platform can solve the problems and they expect SCHOOLCHILDREN TO SOLVE THEM?! If you are a school looking into using sparx maths, I beg you to spare your students the torture.

This genuinely makes me dread my weekly maths homework. In primary school we had mymaths which was really fun compared to other homeworks. there is just something about sparx which just makes it not only hard do motivate myself to do but makes it hard to retain the formulae i learn. And don't even get me started on the bookwork checks and the way it teaches me my times tables like im three. please ban this from all uk schools if anyone who can is reading this.
