I have used sparx maths for only a year and the joy of maths has melted away, and I think schools should listen to everyone who agrees and officially TAKE THIS SHIT DOWN, I got a 90% once and it didn't count it as completed, I was in pieces within the next hour. Punishment is worth more than this.

Sparx Maths is one of the most frustrating educational platforms I have ever used. Although it is suposed to help students improve their maths skills, the homework often feels repetetive and unnecesarily time-consuming. Many of the questions are extreemly similar, making asignments feel more like a test of patience than an oportunity to develop understanding. The strict marking system can also be very annoying, as even small mistakes or formatting issues can result in answers being marked wrong, which quickly becomes demotivating and stressfull. Sometimes it feels like you spend more time trying to figure out what the website wants than actually learning maths. Another issue is that the platform can turn maths into a complete chore rather than an enjoyable subject. Homework frequently takes much longer than expected, especialy when students have to repeat questions or complete extra tasks after making mistakes. While there are some usefull explanatons and practise oportunities available, they are often overshaddowed by the huge amount of repetetive work required. Overall, Sparx Maths may help some students, but for me it created more frustration than actual learning, and it made maths feel less enjoyable instead of more engaging. I wouldnt reccomend it to most students because it can be boring, stressfull, and sometmes very discouraging. Another thing I didnt like was how easy it is to fall behind. If you dont understand a topic straight away, the platform doesnt always make it feel easier to catch up, and the amount of work can start to pile up quickly. Some of the videos can be confusing, and having to keep going back and forth between questions and explanations gets annoying after a while. Instead of helping me feel more confident in maths, it often made me feel frustrated and fed up. In my opinon, there are much better ways to learn maths that are more engaging, less repetetive, and dont make students dread doing their homework. (not ai btw)

I cannot stand this website it is so universally hated by like literally everyone who uses it we need to get this thing taken down. It is seriously not only making us stress more about something that shouldnt be stressful (kids btw) but also making kids hate maths

sparx maths is just ruining the learning for children like me because of one question i got wrong i cant move on or DETENTION!!

I had a mental breakdown... not joking FIRST 6 PAGES OF HOMEWORK THEN 6 BOOKWORK THEN 2 OTHER THINGS

Could be better, like, why do I have to write every single question I do? Just let me do my homework without suddenly flashing a pop-up of the book mark check, like it kind of distracts me. It also takes sooooooooooo long to complete the homework. Its improved quite a bit after 3 years of using it, but they could still make the videos more helpful and useful, I still can't learn much from the videos, and then after you get the question wrong 3 times, IT GIVES YOU A NEW QUESTION, WITHOUT TEACHING ME MUCH, OR SOMETIMES EVEN NOTHING!!😡💢!!
