The initial sign up is unfortunately not good! They don't even pass to the Matchmaker what the client is saying what is very important to what you know is what your type is. Once you get your matchmaker then she goes through a process of trial and error but once she understands what's works and what does not then the service seems to do much better. This could take I believe at least 3 wrong matches until they understand what the client attracted to not only mentally but also physically and looks do play an important part in this process in my opinion.

I don't think there is any deep effort yo know the customer. I was given some matches that were very disappointing. I did connect with one match and we dated for 6 months. She went to see her daughter and stopped communicating with me

They listened to what I wanted and got it right on the 2nd match. We have been together going on 5 months. I would have never met this person because we don’t live in the same part of town. So without Matchmaker, I would have never met him. Thank you Matchmaker nice job.

Had an amazing experience with the matchmaking team. They guided me every step of the way. Few weeks after the interview I had my first intro named Joe my goodness our match was perfect I couldn’t believe how much we had in common with each other. We have such a strong connection we are still going strong. We have a very strong love connection that can last a lifetime.

I lost my husband almost 3 years ago. I've heard awful things about dating sites on the internet so I decided to bite the bullet and pay a few thousand dollars to have the safety of professionals. It was a good move. My 2 hour face to face interview was easy. They learned everything about me, so it was possible to find a person compatible with me who was looking for someone like me. They didn't see photos and I didn't see photos. It truly was a blind date planned by the pros. I waited 3 weeks and got a call. A lunch was set up and we had a great time. I was his 5th date and he was my first. It's been 4 months and we are going strong. We are perfect for eachother and we are enjoying life again!! I recommend Matchmaking company to anyone who is serious about meeting someone on a 'real' level and not a superficial level. They did a great job for us. On a bad note, the company has a 99 miles radious looking for matches which we both feel is ridiculous. We were lucky as our homes are 30 miles apart. 50 miles plus going somewhere is usually 100 miles a day. It can be a lot for older people. Had it been 50 miles, we probably wouldn't have made it either. Matchmaking should revise this according to the age of the clients. That aside, I was very happy with them. My new partner had a few different complaints but he will need to write his own review. Thank you.

Everyone is very nice. I have had an experience better than I would have on my own. I would appreciate a little better vetting process on selections.
