I could not be happier with everything I accomplished through Matchday. I've been an occupational therapist for nearly 8 years, bouncing between acute care, SNF, home health, and private practice settings but could never find a position where I felt truly valued, fairly compensated, or able to maintain a healthy work/life balance. My experience with MatchDay, especially with Chanel, has been incredible. I came from an Occupational Therapy background and was ready for something new. With Chanel’s guidance, I successfully transitioned into my very first management role in Program Management. The position still values my clinical background but is not 100% direct patient care, and I finally have a normal schedule with no nights or weekends.
