Essential for getting my first non-clinical role!
I had a great experience with MatchDay and wouldn't be in the non-clinical role I now have without this program. My mentor provided valuable insight and guidance especially when it came to wording resumes and cover letters to be attractive to recruiters, as well as tips for communication and networking. The internal job board was invaluable and absolutely made the difference with landing a job suited to my skills and preferences. Being able to connect directly with companies looking for someone with my background was incredible. My only other feedback is that I wish there had been more investigation into what roles I might be suited for that I had not yet explored. I completed the personality assessments at the start of my time with MatchDay and the results were very interesting! I just would have liked more help reviewing these and understanding what roles would be well-suited for my strengths and preferences. Part of my struggle coming from a clinical world was understanding what other roles I could do with my skill set and I would have liked to explore these options a bit more.
