Master Spa Parts, Inc.Reviews of masterspaparts.com

So far, so good. Received the order in a timely manner. Needed to improve/replace decking from removing older lift systems. Completed that task this week. Today, begins the mounting of the replacement Master Spa Parts hydraulic lift system on the decks surface. Once completed, I will provide an updated review.

Selecting parts was tedious because so many parts to filter but delivery was timely and accurate. It could've been here earlier if USPS had sent it straight to Mobile AL instead of via Palametto GA.

Service was great quality of brackets not great they break very easily

We received our spa cover lifter timely and with free shipping. The underneath mount lifter had to be slightly modified by my handy husband in order for it to fit our older model spa. No worries. That done, it works like a dream.

The chemicals I ordered for our hot tub were a good price and with free shipping! Will definitely purchase again in the future.

Ordered 2 pillows for my 2019 H2X TRAINER 12. Called first to get correct part number - excellent, then ordered & paid on-line. Total was less than $100, so, $9.99 shipping - OK. Parts arrived in a timely manner and were correct. Price seemed just a little high, or would have been 5 Star. Highly recommended .

Received my free standing cover stand and cover lifter with hydraulic assist. Assembly went exactly as indicated on the literature provided, but the pics are very hard to see on the docs. Line drawings ala IKEA would be much easier to see (and would save ink). Lifter works perfectly! Initial order came in two boxes, but I only saw one tracking number on the original e-mail receipt/confirmation. I inquired to Master Spa Parts, and they got right back to me with the other tracking info and the second item arrived the next day as indicated in their follow-up.

Every thing was great, except they should have added o rings to order as I had to reorder them to complete repair on diverter cap and leak.
