Sub-Zero, Wolf, and CoveReviews of subzero-wolf.com

The Cove dishwasher is pretty, but ours has an awful smell—like it’s coming from a sewer. We spent several hundred thousand dollars remodeling our kitchen, and choosing this dishwasher was our biggest mistake. I’ve had service calls, and the smell still hasn’t been resolved. I was told it has to do with the dishwasher’s environmental efficiency. That explanation does nothing to fix the problem. At this price, I expect a dishwasher that looks good, cleans well, and doesn’t smell like sewage. This is not something I should have to accept in a newly remodeled kitchen. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend Cove. My advice: run from it, especially if you take pride in your home. I wish we had chosen something else.

I needed my Cove dishwasher repaired. It is still under warranty. I was referred by Cove to High End Service in Largo, FL. They referred a factory authorized technician to do the repair. It was scheduled out for another 7 days. The repair tech came out and fixed my dishwasher. He also fixed the simmer by replacing one of the burners on my wolfe range (hint: do no use barkeepers friend to clean your burners). The repair tech's name is Jose Marquez. He is truly a professional. Not only did he fix 2 of my appliances, but he went through the maintenance requirement for my sub zero refridgerator. He is very informitive and professional. Request Jose by name to do your warranty work!!!!!! Thank you Jose.

Complete lack of integrity and NOT the same company it once was. We purchased a BRAND NEW refrigerator one week ago that arrived DEFECTIVE with a visible bow in the center and doors that can't be leveled because of the actual structure of the fridge. SZ is ignoring the sales company, ignoring the reports, and wants to send new doors, which does NOT resolve the issue. I'm disgusted we chose to invest so much of our hard earned earnings in this brand. Their pockets are lined with no care for the families who work hard for their items.

Call out and half hour diagnosis @ £250 and then £250 per hour plus parts. I asked for some justification and was told it was like comparing a Fiesta service to that of a Rolls Royce, hardly!! Absolute rip off and whilst an engineer is worth his hourly rate as a skilled person, their cost doesn’t correlate to this unethical rate.

As we built our new home, we decided to splurge and purchase Wolf oven, microwave, range, and Cove Dishwasher. WORST MISTAKE I'VE EVER MADE. We've had them for approx 3yrs. The Cove Dishwasher came up with an error code. Service came out - found it had to be taken to the shop - 1.5MN LATER I'm still washing dishes by hand. The Microwave/Convection Oven - both hinges broke and the door just flopped down. 2mn to get the replacement parts to fix it. Now it seems to have a sensor issue where you have to PUSH the door closed, or it won't start. Oven RANDOMLY locks up and needs to be shut off at the breaker panel and turned back on. We spent 25,000 on these appliances and what a stupid move it was. This stuff is JUNK and if I could go back, I would NEVER purchase this crap again. BEWARE EVERYONE!! Just because it costs a ton, doesn't mean it's worth it. The 500 stove I have in my cottage and 15 year old dishwasher are better than this junk. Live and learn @Subzero if you follow this feel free to contact me and I'll give you an earful!

Ten years and counting, our Wolf stove (gas top electric oven) has performed magnificently. Not the slighest problem. Not one.We should have posted this a long time ago.

Do not buy Wolf/Sub-Zero products if you are in Europe. In our experience, the after-sales support has been extremely disappointing: the product has recurring issues, including irregular flame and gas smell, and the local service network keeps treating it as normal wear. Premium price, very poor accountability.

Bought a subzero fridge which was so expensive. Freezer just stopped working and getting any maintenance help feels Impossible!
