Rotten customer service this time. I bought a circulation pump and 2 O-rings for it for a TS 8.25. Pump is fine, installed fine, and runs well. I am a long-time infrequent customer of Master Spa Parts, always happy, until now: customer service and the $3 O-rings. They sent a wrong sized O-ring. I provided photos incl. photos of a caliper measurement and side-by-side with the correct O-ring. I was told by a manager that the O-rings were in spec, to stretch them to apply them, and one of their techs said they could be stretched to fit. Stretching would have made it worse. They didn't go over a male screw fitting. They went inside a fixed channel. Extra O-ring would not fit inside, it looped outside the channel. To fit, I would have had to break the O-ring and cut a part out. I just wanted replacement O-rings. They refused. Get this, instead of paying to ship me two $3 gaskets and make me happy, they paid to send a shipping label to have me return the defective ones. In what world does that make sense? They still pay and I get bad customer service. Anyway, be careful with these guys, as their customer service seems to be going downhill.

I received the part in a couple of days. When it arrived, there were no instructions on how to install it. I was given the number to the manufacturer, who referred me back to Master Spa Parts. This was not helpful.

I called to find out which filters I needed for our Michael Phelps hot tub and the agent gave me the wrong information so we got the wrong filters and one of them was cracked. I sent a message through Chat and the person there gave me the correct information and a return label. Waiting for the credit to be issued, so once that is resolved, I would give them a higher rating.

Did not receive stated part for my spa. . It was the wrong part. Charged me $10 to ship it to me and i returned part for $5.30. Never recouped my shipping expenses. They did return my money for the wrong part but did not stock the correct part so I was left in the hole for $15.30 in the end. I dont see that as a good business model.
