Received top control panel and faceplate as advertised and on time. Easy to locate the parts needed for my particular model hot tub even though it is 10 years old. Information online was very helpful. Just note that the faceplate does NOT come with the top control panel and must be ordered separately.

I had to call masterspa parts with questions to find the correct filter cartridge for a hottub i could not find any info on cause the tag was worn blank and it had no cartridge in it to get the number from, and they were able to tell me exactly what cartridge to order. The cartridge fit perfectly and made for a Happy customer.

Had a airflow valve go out in a 2016 model hot tub. The part I needed was discontinued, but I called and the service rep was easily able to tell me the correct part that would work as a replacement. Went on the website, found the part, delivered quickly, was able to swap out the part in less than 5 minutes. Very good experience.
