The parts I ordered fit perfectly! I always get the correct items when I order from Master Spa Parts. The postal service on the other hand needs to work on routing packages properly. My parts went from Wisconsin to Denver to NJ back to Denver and then to my town in Colorado.

It was very easy to identify and then order the parts I needed. Delivery was quick and efficient and I was well informed about the delivery status. The parts are of very high quality and fit perfectly. Thanks!

My package was damaged in transit. Upon receiving the package, I emailed the company to report the damage including pictures. Their response was timely and professional. Replacement of damaged items was provided.

I called the number on the website and was greeted by a cheerful gentleman. I told him the spa I had just purchased used and that I need head rests to replace old worn-out ones. He gave me the number to punch in and within in a few days it arrived and we are up an running again on the spa. Thanks for the great customer service.
