The PMP course material was great and very useful with helping me get prepared for the PMP exam. The only part I was disappointed in was the package of 9 mock exams. I found the explanations for a lot of questions within some of the exams were very poor i.e. "The correct answer was d)". This did not help with understanding and learning from the mock exams, which in turn discouraged me from even completing all 9 exams since I wasn't able to learn from my mistakes. (I did either 4 or 5 of the 9 exams before deciding not to continue) It would have been a lot more beneficial to have a full explanation on which and was correct and why. Some questions had this, but a large amount did not.

Great service! I forgot to cancel my membership and my credit card was automatically charged. I immediately told them that I forgotten to cancel and they issued me a refund. I only purchased the simulator, which was good, but a bit too simple - the questions were no so well elaborated as I expected.

The best thing that added value from this program was the audio lessons. There were countless audio sessions pertaining to each process group, knowledge area, and all processes relative to the PMP exam preparation. For people who have little sit down time and always on the go, listening to the audio gives a great learning experience prior to getting more into the specific detailed areas of personal need per individual. Also, mock questions at the end of each knowledge area were provided and gave a great benefit to identify problem areas that a person may need to spend more time on throughout the duration of a overall study schedule. There are some updates required in various areas of the material, but I am sure that will take place now that the new PMP exam version is being released in January 2021.

*** EDITED *** Room for improvement. 1 - Questions are not always accurate and somewhat badly written. Typos and forgotten words give the impression that questions were written by non-professionals. 2 - Once subscription is cancelled, access is removed. Make sure your decision to cancel is the right one. I was not sufficiently satisfied with the quality of the product I purchased and after cancelling and discussing with customer support, I received a refund.

Very focused on getting through the exam, I am taking the class more for general knowledge and it's sometimes too much theory, not what would ever happen in real life situations. Their examples are a lot of projects that most people would not be a part of (ex building the Golden Gate bridge) Also I cannot stress this enough, I took one star off just for this, the narrator in the video finishes his sentences before giving an explanation with "respectively" all the time even if the term does not apply there. Once you hear it (about halfway through section 4 for me) you cannot stop hearing it all the time. Extremely annoying in my opinion, makes it very hard to concentrate on the content of the lecture with those "respectively" randomly thrown around every 2 sentences. I wished I had known that before because clear and focused explanations is very important to me. If you are taking the class just to pass the exam and are not bothered by repetitive language uses like I am you are going to love the courses
