Absolutely terrible. The whole course is just a PowerPoint presentation that someone speaks over. There are spelling and grammar mistakes throughout the whole thing. There is content in the final exam and practice questions that is never covered in the course. The refund policy is only if you have completed less than 10% but most of the issues occur in the later stages of the course. In the early stages, users are told you don't need the PMBOK text book and the course is all you need but then in the exam, they say you need the PMBOK text book to pass. There are multiple questions that have incorrect answers in the exam. People have commented on it and raised the issue to which they respond but don't change anything. One of the answers was identified as wrong 3 years ago and still hasn't been changed. If people don't read the comments, they'll assume they got the answer wrong and leave with incorrect information. I dont know what is correct or incorrect anymore and I feel less prepared for the CAPM exam than when I started.

Questions are outdated, Not having the current version. I don't recommend. Dec 17 - Pls see my response for your reply: Please be noted that I'm giving an honest review, I just cleared my PMP exam's on Dec 15. However the content you have matches only 10%. For ex., Hope you aware that there is maximum question are from Agile, but this is not the case with the simulators you provide. I went through all the 9 simulators. WARNING! Master of Project does not have tutors only rude sales people whose mission is to make you feel bad about your study progress so they can sell you a solution. I recently had a session with a “tutor” that was rude to me, so I ended the call before it got started. When I asked for a refund, they said too bad; endure our rude tutors! If you like spending hundreds of dollars to be talked down to by a bad salesperson, 10/10 recommend. In their reply, Master of Project is LYING when they say I tried to solicit a guarantee; absurd. They are inferring I ended the call because the “tutor” said a one-hour meeting would not raise my score 15 points. I know that – I’m not an idiot. That was suggested by the “tutor,” not me. I ended the call because I didn’t pay $177 to be talked to like an imbecile. But jokes on me – it looks like I did.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I thought I was purchasing a ONE-TIME only 60 hrs continuing education course. But discovered that I was being billed $197/month for a recurring purchase (that I wasn't aware I'd made). Master of Project Academy has refused my request for a refund, even though they can clearly see that I haven't accessed my account in the months I've been billed. My fault for not catching this on my credit card sooner. But I personally loathe companies that "slip" in auto-subscriptions and I'm very disappointed that they aren't willing to even give me a partial refund. Needless to say, I won't be using them again nor will I recommend them to my counterparts. So PLEASE CANCEL YOUR MONTHLY RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION if that is not what you intended to purchase.

1. No customer service. emailed a thousand times but no reply. More marketing and less substance here. 2. If you take PMP test, once you close it, you cant go back. [Although the marketing video on home page suggests so]. you have to review before you close window. There is no tracking mechanism. how many questions to what section etc. only thing you get is how many correct answers. 3. Some grammar mistakes in questions. 4. Moderately relevant questions for exam. 5. You cant edit credit card details once provided. You can cancel but not sure if content is removed as well Date [may-2121]

- There are no subtitles, which can be a problem for those who aren't fluent in English but most importantly, it makes it so time-consuming when writing down whole sentences, having to pause the video, rewind it, play it again, and repeat - unlike other service providers where you can just pause the video, look at the "textbox" which displays everything that is said during the presentation. - Additionally, the fact that it doesn't follow the PMBOK 100% in terms of when what subject is discussed is very frustrating, I use both to create my own summary and the fact that it doesn't follow the same structure just makes it unnecessarily complicated. - Maybe a minor issue for some but the fact that whomever created the slides, uses odd grammar and creates weird sentence structures. This shouldn't be the case for a professional organization in the US. These are all 100% verifiable and rather than addressing or admitting it, they want to discredit my review. EDIT: As expected, they found my account and decide to CANCEL my lifetime subscription... NO WARNING OR REFUND - forcing me to now use LEGAL ACTIONS. This is what happens when you try to give a real feedback, pointing out some issues with their service but still giving it three starts - they cannot handle it and rather than improving, they choose to be spiteful and cancel my lifetime subscription! Concerning my EMAIL, it is my university email and you know it - you are just looking for an excuse to terminate my account. By that idiotic logic, cancel everyone's account with a university email. Rather than trying to discredit my review, why don't you use this feedback to improve instead? As a result, downgraded to one star.

I signed up for the year-long access to the course based on an article detailing the materials that you would get to assist you during your study process. I felt confident in my decision because of their 30 day money back guarantee. I was just over 10% into the course (less than a week after my purchase) when I discovered that the book and flash cards are not included in the price. I requested a refund so that I could change my subscription to month by month. They refused on the basis that I had already completed more than 10%. Be aware that you do nor get much for your price and unless you plan to move very slowly you will not get any benefit from their year access. Oh, and the "included free flash cards" constitutes about 10 flash cards because they want you to buy the add on flash card package. I wish that I had chosen another company to work with.

I would not recommend the Master of Project Academy. The materials are outdated, lots of grammar and some wrong answers. There are several responses from students pointing out the error over a year ago, and the materials were still not updated. Their exam questions are more definition then real exam questions on the PMP exam. I didn’t finish the 35 hours course and request for a full refund with 30 days of my subscription but they refused, stating I have gone over 10% of the material. Well of course....otherwise how would I know if the material was good or not. So much for their fails guarantee.. 30 day money back guarantee with no questions asked. Save your money and purchase your exam prep somewhere else.
