I am truly grateful for the wonderful experience I had at Massage Envy Maywood Mart in Jackson, MS. The massage was incredible and left me feeling completely relaxed and renewed. Michael's care, professionalism, and genuine kindness made the experience even more special. From the moment I arrived, the entire team—from the front desk staff to the manager—made me feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. Their attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service did not go unnoticed. Thank you all for creating such a warm and peaceful environment. This location is absolutely amazing, and I look forward to returning. Highly recommended!

I had a massage this afternoon at the Norwell location, my therapist was Kelly and she was amazing! I will look forward to going back!

I cannot say enough good things about my session with Norm at the Ballantyne location. From the initial consultation to the final stretch, the experience was exceptional. He listened carefully to my problem areas and tailored the session to address long-standing tension in my neck and lower back. The technique was precise, fluid, and deeply therapeutic, and the pressure was perfectly customized to my comfort level. The studio itself is tranquil and with soothing music and a calming aroma that instantly relaxed me. Clear communication, professional demeanor, and genuine care—you can tell he takes pride in helping people feel better. I left with noticeably reduced stiffness, improved mobility, and a renewed sense of energy. If you’re looking for a massage that truly targets pain while also delivering pure relaxation, this is the place to go. Highly, highly recommend!

Melissa J. is a great therapist who always gets the right spot and consistently asks about pressure and comfort. Getting an appointment with her is hard because she is in high demand. That's how good she is.

I would like to give my recommendation to Maria (my therapist) she always listen to me and concentrate in the areas that I am most concerned. I really could say that I never had any bad experience with her. She is always very pleasant and professional..

Jessica and Bella are very good receptionists at the front desk…soothing, reassuring, light voices…..help customer relax as they walk through the door….tranquility room prior to massage adds to the relaxation experience….Lazlo masseuse therapist was very good…..

Very good massages and very nice staff and environment. Of course not all masseuses are equal, as I prefer a firm massage and only some can make that happen, so I tend to book my favorites when I can.

My wife and I have been members of Massage Envy ("ME") since late 2009 - and we've kept the membership even as we moved to a different part of the state. Each ME location can be under different ownership - and the owner's attention (or lack thereof) can impact the quality of the front desk and service. We've seen our local ME (since 2016) go thru different ownership and growing pains - with changes in management, lack of communication, no customer service etc. It was very frustrating. But all that changed for the better in late 2021...when owners (or new owners) decided to get their act together. Our membership prices have increased since back in 2009 obviously, but we find them to be reasonable for the convenience and routine. My wife gets her massage once a week - and I get a massage every two weeks. All appointments are made online - and any changes/cancellations thru phone call. They are very prompt with automated text reminders and/or changes and cancellations. I went thru many of the negative reviews - and some of them are simply due to the customer's lack of understanding of what is offered....the 50 min massage (vs 1 hour)....and their requirement that the customer cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment. Beyond that - the experience is very local....bad front desk, bad massage experience, cancel hiccup...it's all specific to that location. I'd suggest to people - before signing up for any membership - is to go to that same location 4-5 times and also to cancel/change an appointment etc - to see how the service works. After that , if you're happy, then you can decide sign up for a yearly membership. Good luck and happy massages !
