First of all, difficult to find a skilled therapist at any of the locations. Spent a lot of money on bad massages. Horrible management is a common theme. They would rather lose a customer than do the ethical thing.

I've read several other reviews, here. My experience was similar. First, I found their "Member Agreement", extremely one-sided (in their favor) and litigious. Second, in one year, I had 3 different therapists. All quite good. But, they simply left ... for reasons unknown! Third, I had this uneasy feeling, that it was a "hostile environment." I have a mental health management background ... which allowed me to sense "overly controlling work environments." There is definitely something very wrong with the Massage Envy corporate culture & work environment!

Beware of cancellation policy!!! Massage was fine but when I cancelled my membership after losing my job they purposely delayed processing my cancellation by not accepting my email request that I submitted in time to not be charged again (congruent with the guidelines). So they charged me another $90 that I can't afford. Greedy, underhanded and I see why their overall reviews here are 1.7! Shameful management. Gave a 2 instead of 1 because it was not the masseuse's fault but the company as a whole is very shady and not to be trusted. And done over the Christmas holiday . To be fair, the fine print says cancellations must be received AND processed within the ten days, so they can control when your membership gets cancelled even though you send it in time to not be charged again. Beware! They are Greedy and do not care about their members.

I was a customer for many years, spent literally a few thousand dollars there. Massages were OK, definitely therapist-dependent. I finally quit, and they made it so difficult. They even charged me an additional month's fee, and refused to refund it because I didn't fill out the "proper paperwork." What a joke!

This is for massage envy in corona, California near Stater Bros. My boyfriend wanted to treat me for a massage on Valentine’s Day. Should have been relaxing. The thearapist was good, however, the NOISE of men working right outside the room with buckets, laughter and talking very loud, the girls laughing at the men…I mean OH MY LORD how that was annoying and I did never relax. Did not dare to interrupt the lady working on me, she was so concentrated. Will not come back!

60 minute massage was actually 45 min; lady skipped much of my body and what she did was mediocre at best Good thing it was the $70 intro rate Careful when tipping - their card calculates tips on the regular price, not the intro price Never going there again

Poor customer service. Extremely difficult to cancel a membership. Very limited availability for sessions. I know the world is working short-staffed, however, when membership prices increase and you're unable to book sessions because of the lack of availability it's frustrating. I have been trying to cancel my 2+ year membership for a month now. They have continued to charge my card on file and seems the only way to get a phone call from a manager is when you write a bad review; so here I am - writing another poor review in hopes they will finally return my calls/emails!
