We recently visited the Massage Chair store in Seabrook NH . Bernie Eppa was our salesman. He was friendly and more than accomodating to help us select a chair. He was extremely knowledgeable about the chairs and allowed us much time to experience each chair and offered helpful suggestions as to the best one for us.We bought a Kyoto chair that is FABULOUS. Exceptional Customer Relations
Bernard and the ability to have consistent customer service was the sole reason I ended up buying from Massage Chair Store. He followed up three times and convinced me to buy the chair I chose based on numerous factors but the main being price point and specifications and the customer service that comes with Massage Chair Store. I like being able to speak with a real person via phone rather than wasting my time on forms and AI. Thank You

Great Product. Worth every penny.
I am very happy with my message chair purchase. The product was delivered on time, was relatively easy to assemble and works great. The people I worked with at the company were exceptional. I enjoy being able to get a message whenever I feel like one. The sleep mode is extremely relaxing. I am thoroughly enjoying the chair and would recommend it to anybody.

Better than buying a new couch

Great chair
Great chair, got a great price. There was a domestic shipping shortage so it was delayed, but certainly not MSC fault
