Massage Chair StoreReviews of massagechairstore.com

I can't say enough about Ryan and Massage Chair Store! I live in NC and had tried chairs locally. When I called Ryan, he asked me questions about what I wanted in a chair and then took me through several options. I called him back a few times with more questions, and each time he was patient and professional. As I neared my selection choice, Ryan recommended a chair that was actually LESS money than the one I had been thinking about purchasing because he said it was more intense in terms of deep tissue. I knew at that moment I would buy my chair from this company, and I did. In less than a week, I heard from the local delivery company, and they were incredible as well. Then I sat down in a chair I had never sat in, and it was PERFECT. Do not hesitate to buy from Ryan and the Massage Chair Store. I wish all companies would aspire to the level of professionalism and courtesy that this company does!

Very pleased with the service and the massage chair I purchased

Awesome chair. Made a phone call and had all of my questions answered. They helped me with the website over the phone and the chair arrived much quicker than I expected. Customer service and there professionalism is top notch. I have no complaints with this company.

After researching several massage chairs online, we decided to purchase through massagechairstore.com. Let me start off by saying, they know the massage chair business and the needs of the customers! We placed a call to them, after a brief conversation and a few questions, they helped us gain a better idea of what chair would be best for our needs. Early on, we had so many questions and they patiently worked with us. Every time we had a question or a concern, one of their staff was there for us. We were most impressed with the level of support after our purchase. We can say that Massage Chair Store is there for their customers before, durning, and after the purchase. Thank you again Massage Chair Store!!

The chair is one of the greatest buys o had made, it was a gift for my mother the chair is all described and more, it exceeded my expectations. On the other hand the white glove delivery is horrible, they took forever to bring me the chair in had to call everyday and threatened them so aging I was going to return it to get the chair delivered, it was just sitting on their warehouse.

I purchased the newest Lurarco chair made in the USA and have been extremely happy with the massages I get everyday. I love the morning wake-up massage, the stretching massage prior to exercising and the nighttime relaxing massage. I think it is great but my wife loves it even more than I do. She uses it everyday some times twice a day and thinks it is "Heavenly." Thank you for such a great product that is making our lives better.

Chose the Osaki SD pro dreamer chair, based on it's functionality and versatility. Read many reviews on it and many other models and manufacturers. After careful consideration, deceided it was the best massage chair for my purposes. I then researched the means of aquistion. It turns out that massagechairstore.Com had the best promotion, finance option and ease to conduct business. The various people I dealt with were very helpful, professional in manner and friendly to interact with. I would recommend them to my friends.

I have only good things to say if you're looking for negatives, keep scrolling. My experience with massagechairstore.com was amazing from start to finish! From the order to deliver was less than two weeks, the customer service was top notch, white glove delivery even better! My chair was put together and ready to go in less than an hour. The Osaki 7200H is a dream come true. I have had it over a month now and use it at least three times a week. Each and every program feels incredible! I love the heat, hand and foot massages the most. I can say the I am thrilled I went with this company, and extremely happy with my purchase!
