We bought this company's Infinity Escape massage chair. The chair itself is well-made and easy to assemble. It came in four boxes that my wife and I were able to move into our home by ourselves (I'm 74). With the help of a very clear YouTube video I easily assembled it with only a screwdriver that came with the chair. We love the chair itself; lots of programs and very relaxing and therapeutic. As important was the level of service. We had a small problem with the chair that required a new part. Since we live in the same state as the company, they sent their lead technician to our home, he installed the part, problem solved. "Same state" doesn't mean "close." He drove 4 hours, round-trip. We are VERY impressed with this company and its product!!

I had ordered a chair from this company that another company advertised at a higher cost. It was my mistake to not try the chair out first. The chair was very expensive. When it arrived I had an excellent experience with the set up and delivery. Unfortunately the chair was designed for a much smaller man than I am. I called the representative and discussed this with him. He said try the chair out for a couple weeks and see if it breaks in. After a couple weeks I called back and informed the woman representative how uncomfortable the chair still was. Within five minutes she picked out a new chair for me and it was on its way. I subsequently received the new chair and it is by far the best massage chair I have ever had in my life. I received full refund for my first chair! These people went beyond their job descriptions to make me happy and with the investment I made I am sincerely grateful I went with this company and extremely thankful for their excellent customer service!
