Drew was an awesome representative. I was searching a while back for a perfect L-Track chair that was within my budget when I got a follow up call from Drew to help me through the process. At the time it must wasn't going to work financially for us so we opted to wait. We reached out 5 months later and Drew has all of our information still readily available and was more than helpful getting us into a new infinity escape. I am fortunate to be local to MCS’s showroom where I could try out several of the Infinity line chairs. I met Drew who was very knowledgeable, patient, and not at all pushy. I was looking for a therapeutic chair with stretching and spinal correction for lower back pain I have, and Drew helped me find the best chair for my needs - all while suffering through the giggling of my teen daughter and her friend who invaded the showroom with me. The store honored all of their promotions, including a price match. Drew was great to work with and I’m extremely excited about my purchase.

Thank you to Drew for a great experience all around. I originally got on Google just to browse and next thing I know I'm talking with Drew and actually placing an order. He showed me many different models and pointed out the pros and cons of each. I ended up getting the Riage X3 (writing this while sitting in it) and it works great! The delivery was efficient and the chair is like a gift from above. The only thing I could say in a not positive light is the size, but that was my fault. I underestimated the size of the chair and it takes up more room than I expected. Other than that, zero gravity is my new best friend. Would recommend to anyone!
