Massage Chair StoreReviews of massagechairstore.com

I researched for over a month for the best massage chair out there and I found it! Its the Kyota Kenko M673. I was so happy to find this company, Massagechairstore.com and they had it in stock. It was so nice to speak with Rick, a live person and ask as many questions that I did and received all my answers during the call. He was so informative and patient during our 45 minute call. By the end of the phone call, I new my research was done. I Just received my chair, I am so pleased and happy with it. I ordered the brown and what a beautiful chair it is. This massage chair does everything it says. No need to look any further for a massage chair, This is the one! Thank you so much Massagechairstore.com.

I am so glad I called this store to help me pick out the perfect massage chair. Rick helped me and was incredible to work with! I usually like to do my own research and often buy on Amazon. There's just so much to know...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Thank you Rick!!

I almost bought a chair from another company when my "pre-approval" from their lender failed at checkout. Ryan called me the next day and told me about an even better financing deal, 36 mo no interest and I'm so happy! I can't wait to get our chair that I'll be sharing with our employees who work hard at Rooterville Animal Sanctuary. We'll update with our experience with the chair when its here.

Love the Chair, Rick provided great customer service! Will recommend this chair to friends for sure

Rick answered all my questions, very informative to what he was explaining to me.

after reaching out to many different massage chair companies i finally landed on Massage Chair Store .com and had the pleasure of working with Alan Bernier! Alan is one of the best in this business - i can assure you i talked with many prior to meeting Alan. he was able to easily determine my specific needs based on my health and budget. there are so many different types of chairs / companies out there and if you are new to therapeutic massage chairs then it can be very overwhelming. Alan was able to guide me to the very best chair to meet my needs and never once pushed me into a more expensive chair but one that will serve me best. i ended up buying the Kyoto M898 brown and couldn't be happier. this chair does it all and has all the 'extras' that many of you may be looking for. it looks great and does an amazing job easing tension and muscles in turn creating better sleep and more relaxation - we use it every night before bed! Alan was accessible every step of the way even kept in touch while in transit and checked in after it had been delivered. i strongly suggest if you are looking to get a massage chair then you look NO FURTHER than massagechairstore.com and you will be lucky if you get Alan as your rep - thank you Alan - you are a true asset to the company ... wishing you all happy holidays .... ours will be very happy with our chair :)

Guys were very helpful and friendly, the chair is awesome, so many different massages to do. Relaxing and the whole family uses it

I ordered my first massage chair yesterday from the Massage Chair Store. I have not ordered such a product before and was initially very nervous to do so over the phone/internet. Richard Galland and Ryan McKallagat put my mind at ease by explaining different features of products, warranty information, what would happen should there be a problem with the product, etc. I had so many questions and concerns, but Richard (Rick?) and Ryan were both patient and informative. Thanks, Rick and Ryan. Looking forward to receiving my chair and will update my review with product review specifics.
