Just brought and it is Very good…

Can't tell difference between new and used (certified)
I was about to buy a brand new massage chair from a local store which was $9000 (approx.). Same brand and model (used) certified chair was available at Massage chair store from $4000. I brought with 80% confidence that it might work like new. After I received the goods, I can't tell the difference that it was ever used earlier. I feel 100% comfortable that I made a right decision. I recommended massage chair store to my friends who are all looking for one. my wife and I love to spend time on this chair. I would recommend using white glove delivery which is 250$ more I think. Your product is delivered and installed by professional. I couldn't have installed it by myself and I couldn't have moved it to the place I needed by myself.

Ryan is the best,excellent customer service, answering the phone every time i called him and matched the lower price i found. The chair is better than what i was expecting.

Ryan - excellent customer service
Ryan McKallagat was our excellent customer service representative. He took lots of time to answer our questions both via email and phone. He made the process smooth and easy. And WE LOVE our Kyota chair!
