This chair has exceeded our expectations! It is so popular, that I have to schedule time to use it!! Can't get the kids out of it!

Had the chair 3 months. I use it everyday. Rick and the staff was very helpful, and I even got a few friends buying a chair after they heard my positive reviews. My biggest positive is that it helps my posture. I like many other 65+ we’re starting to hunch a bit. Since using the chair 15 minutes twice a day my back it much more flexible and it’s easier to start up straight. I think the daily massage is great for your lymph nodes also. I have zero regrets on spending the money on the Kyota chair.

My Kyota M898 massage chair arrived 2 weeks ago. My family is so happy with its performance that we are considering a reservation sheet to book massage times! Rick Gallant was my sales contact who did an excellent job explaining the chair’s features and the “white glove” delivery process. The delivery was on time and the personnel were both friendly and professional. An attachment screw was missing from the enclosed hardware, but a call to Rick resulted in an immediate Fed Ex of the replacement part. This chair is life changing! I use it twice a day, 15 min in the morning before work, and 20 at night before bed. As a result, I sleep more soundly, my range of motion has improved significantly, and my overall health/quality of life is better. I am in my mid-50s and very active. My massage chair helps me recover more quickly after workouts, long hikes, and hours bending over in the garden. I highly recommend this chair to anyone who is health conscience and looking for a better quality of life! I just love it! <3
