The sales person I worked with was Ryan. He was amazing. He answered my questions immediately and was so easy to work with. He made the process of buying my massage chair that is overwhelming with so many choices very easy. I was also very appreciative of the support they offer to service men and women. I was given a discount code to apply towards the massage chair and am forever grateful. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend.

Rick was extremely nice and helpful in recommending a chair and providing additional information. I also got the white glove service. The person did a poor job setting it up and several things weren't working. But eventually someone came and fixed it and customer service was able to offer me a small discount for the trouble. Also make sure to read the return policy/warranty information. It's especially important to know that if you want to return the chair for virtually any reason, you would have to take apart/pack up the chair and pay for return shipping.

I am glad i spent extra for white glove delivery.My chair was going to a 2nd floor apartment and i had 2 people to help me.Assembly was complete in 30 min,and i was going through some of the programs to check the functions.Airbags,L-track,rollers,zero gravity,foot rollers and rotation all good.The learning curve does seem a little steep with all the variables involved,but i am going to have a good time creating my own personal massage program.I have confidence that i will have the support should i need it.After 16 years of tractor trailer driving my lower back is starting to feel it,This is a serious piece of therapy that i needed.

He was patient as I took the time *I* needed to make my decision and was once again helpful going through the actual purchase. I am excited about the upcoming delivery of my chair. We have had our chair about a month. We use it everyday. It is everything we hoped it would be! Bernard was a wonderful salesperson. Wonderful product knowledge. He knew exactly which chair was beat for us, let us try them all, and was extremely gracious and kind. We never felt rushed. We are so glad we went to the showroom to purchase. Delivery was also amazing. The 2 guys brought the chair in, set it up exactly where we wanted it. A++ experience all around.
